What is your process and shipping time?

Creation Process: At Altera, we're all about creating the perfect dress that's made-to-order just for you. Our creation process takes place in the UK and ensures your dress is crafted with love, care, attention to detail and with sustainability top of mind. This process typically takes about 8-10 business days. Shipping Process: We partner with reliable shipping providers such as DHL to ensure your dress reaches you promptly and safely. Shipping generally takes 2 to 3 business days, depending on your location. Therefore our expected creation and shipping time is 10-13 business days. Here's a quick example to illustrate the timeline: Let’s say you place an order on the 1st of the month: Creation Process: Your dress will be crafted from the 1st to the 14th of the month (assuming weekends and holidays do not affect the working days). Shipping Notification: You'll receive a notification once your dress is shipped, typically by the 15th of the month. Delivery: Your dress should arrive between the 17th and 18th of the month, barring any unforeseen delays from the shipping provider. We are committed to keeping you informed every step of the way. You'll receive email notifications updating you on the progress of your order, and once shipped, we'll provide a tracking number so you can follow your dress all the way to your doorstep! Please note that we do our very best to adhere to the timelines, but there may be occasional delays due to unforeseen circumstances. Rest assured, we’ll always communicate with you if there are any changes to the shipping timeline. Custom colours: If you choose one of our many custom colours to create your truly bespoke Altera dress please contact us to understand the delivery time, this could be between 10-13 business days depending on our stock or could be up to 12-14 weeks.
