Hi! I’m Jules Barron, a wedding photographer based in a beautiful little town called Yarm at the top of North Yorkshire. My work takes me all over the UK and I’m honoured to spend my time with wonderful couples and contribute to the happiest day of their lives.

My skills lie in anticipating real moments, using light creatively and ensuring camera shy couples get beautiful and natural memories from their day. Each image is hand edited in my signature style with clean with tones that lean towards a warm cinematic feel.

I believe that wedding photography should document the story of the day without becoming a major ‘thing’ on the day. Whilst we will spend a very short amount of time getting some essential ‘formals’, my goal is always to ensure that you get to spend the majority of your day being present with friends and family.

When it comes to images of the two of you, we take a relaxed approach. No crazy posing or me asking you to do anything that isn’t you… just natural images of you both being yourselves.

I’m usually asked at least once at each wedding by a guest how I know the couple, as most guests assume I am just a friend with a camera – and that’s my goal. To blend so seamlessly that everyone feels comfortable with me around like I am a guest too.
