Morning all 😉 Did you catch this fabulous Midsummer Nights Dream inspired photoshoot of yesterday, and ladies, have you applied for this competition yet?
This morning I’d like to share the latest collection from Love My Dress Sponsor, Madeline Isaac-James Limited.
Moving on from her designs for 2011, the star of the show of which for me, was this Starlet collection which was full of references to a Bone era.
These new designs focus on a more moody, 50’s ratpack style -and these images captured by Jonathan Ryan really very beautifully capture that essence.
But first, let’s take a peek at this little ‘behind the scenes’s video which superbly captures all that goes in behind the scenes to bring you just a few fabulous images 🙂

“Madeline Isaac-James new 2012 collection is an eclectic mix of stunning silk gowns, inspired by different elements of the 1950’s, all sharing a glamorous, luxe feel reminiscent of the rat-pack era. Different gowns takes their influence from different elements, for example the Olivia and Savannah gowns are inspired by designer Natalie Gladman’s love of that era’s MGM classic films mixed with perhaps a hint of 1950’s Debutante Ball; whereas the three ballerina length gowns introduced in this collection, offer more than a nod to the glamorous cocktail parties of the 50’s.
With an abundance of silks, Swarovski and lashings of tulle, the collection has a romantic yet glamorous feel, and is available from selected quality bridal boutiques throughout the UK (see here for details). Prices range from £1,299 to £1,899.”
The venue by the way, is the Aviator Hotel, Farnborough. I adore this building for it’s striking design. You can hold your wedding here too! Click here for further information…
