Between today and Thursday, we’re going to be sharing a delightful little film tutorial from our wedding shoe and accessory favourites, Emmy London. We’ll be covering four key looks, including ‘Art Deco’, ‘Botanical’, ‘Delicate’ and ‘Signature Vintage Rose’ – and within each feature, we’ll be linking directly to the beautiful Emmy London designs that are used to illustrate each look.
In today’s film, designer Emmy Scarterfield explains how Art Deco has inspired many of the most popular hair accessories in the Emmy London collection. These stunning pieces created using Swarovski crystals and mother of pearl shell are hand-stitched onto silk organza. With baguette and teardrop crystals and silver seed beading they truly capture the glitz and glamour of the Deco era. The lightweight and incredibly beautiful hand-made hair decorations are perfect for the modern bride who wants a to add a touch of Deco decadence.
