Mia and Jack married at the breathtakingly beautiful Pylewell Park in Hampshire on 16 July 2026, bringing their families together in England, where Jack was born and where many of his relatives still live.
Their elegant black tie wedding was photographed by the mega talent that is Sandra of Divine Day Photography, whose inimitable, editorial-led approach to shooting weddings we adore so much.
Mia wore a custom Leah Da Gloria wedding dress from Kinsley Couture in California, paired with a Toni Federici veil, while Jack chose a classic black tux.
This beautiful day combined traditional ceremony elements with a clean, contemporary approach to the reception, where white and green flowers, soft blush details and beautifully considered stationery complemented the grandeur of Pylewell Park. And we’re completely in love with the couple’s shots in the field towards the end of the day.

The Venue & Location
Our venue was Pylewell Park in Lymington, England. We chose it after I looked through hundreds of venues. I was looking for something that was as beautiful inside as it was outside. I had a feeling about Pylewell. It was stunningly beautiful but also had a comforting, homey feeling.
We chose the UK because Jack was born there, most of his family lives there and it meant a lot for him to be there with everyone. I have a small family and everyone was open to travelling for the wedding.
The venue provides an on-the-day coordinator. Jack’s cousin works at a wedding venue and was basically my wedding planner. I couldn’t have done it without her.
The Dress
Leah Da Gloria
My shoes were Black Suede Studio and vintage Louboutins I found in New York!
I found my Leah Da Gloria dress at Kinsley Couture in Walnut Creek, California. They were incredible! I worked with the same girl, Jessica, every visit and she was so supportive and patient throughout the process. I would absolutely recommend them.
I tried on many dresses, and in the one I chose I felt like the most confident version of myself. I loved the lace, and the shape was unique. I love that it has a petticoat underneath. The original dress had an open back with mesh and I decided to go custom and they closed the back with lace and it turned out beautifully!
My second look was from Anthropologie and I chose it so that I could move around and dance. It’s hard to pick what I loved most about the dress, I loved the shape and the lace.
I wore a veil which I loved, also from Kinsley Couture by Toni Federici.
My hair was styled by Grace Bailey Bridal Hair and makeup was by Ausra Ruksene.
Jack wore a suit from Hall Madden in Palo Alto, California.
The Ceremony
We had Jack’s dad, Leo, as the celebrant. It was meaningful to have him speak about us and marry us in front of our friends and family.
Jack’s mom included Scottish traditions in the ceremony, such as handfasting using the tartan from the Campbell clan and the Armstrong clan, and drinking from the quaich.
We followed more traditional vows at the ceremony and then we shared our own written vows privately among the horses and nature in the New Forest.
We got my engagement ring from Vardy’s in Mountain View and our wedding bands were from Joe Escobar and Gleim the Jeweler.
Our photographer was Sandra of Divine Day Photography. I absolutely love her work. She has such a distinct and beautiful style.
When we spoke over the phone I knew she would help make our day so special. I am quite shy, and I felt I could be comfortable and have fun with her as our photographer. I would absolutely recommend her!
How They Met
We met on Hinge. Jack was my first Hinge date. We got engaged in Maui. We went to a beach with lots of turtles, which was a great distraction, and when we reached the end of the beach, where the sand is red, he proposed.
We got engaged in August and got married in July the next year.
The Reception
Our floral designer was Joey from Flori. We wanted stock and hydrangeas, mostly in white and green with hints of blush pink.
We hired someone for draping but there was an issue. Another draping company who happened to be at the venue offered to help us. They were incredibly kind and they’re called The Secret Stylists.
All our stationery was designed and created by the talented Lynda Athey Watson of Lynda Loves.
Our caterers were The Little Kitchen Company and our cake was by Karen Cake Couture. We chose a cake with ruffles and real flowers. I saw something similar on Pinterest and thought it was beautiful!
We also hired Champagne Photobooths for our audio guest book.
Words of Wedded Wisdom
I would say it’s easy to get caught up in the whirlwind of planning and thinking you need things you don’t actually need, because on the day it’s really just about you and your husband and celebrating with family. There were details that weren’t exactly as I envisioned (and I can get very particular and detail-oriented) but at that point it felt insignificant in the grand scheme of things.
People don’t have a better time based on the flowers you choose or the table setting, they just care about celebrating your love with the people you care most about.
I wish I could’ve spent more time with everyone. The day went so quickly! Although I don’t know how I could have done it differently, just wishing it lasted longer!
